We optimized a bearing stack profile to improve reliability, and we improved the reliability by over 3X. Also, the R&M costs dropped due to less parts and less custom machined shims needed, improving assembly times.

For a BHA analysis, we showed our client why it wasn’t working as effectively as they expected. Our solution helped our client refine their new RSS product and improve the overall steerability performance. Then we trained our client on how to use their own tool, and they had their own eureka moment!

We created the TeleConnect system which enables multiple vendors equipment to connect to each other. The system has a variable length internally to compensate for stand-off between systems making anyone’s system compatible with anyone else. We also have the ability to change connector types.

Helped to improve Non-Productive Time (NPT) and Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) on a high-profile mud pulse telemetry for one of the biggest Oilfield service company. The main system/part was thrown away after each job prior to our redesign. Before the improvements, the system lasted sub 90hrs. After our redesign, the system lasted 3 times more.

We developed an ingenious way to pass conductors around a power generating unit
with minimal changes to the existing system. We also reshuffled the layout (thinking outside the box) to achieve the end customer requirements.
